Service Description
NY Business Websites provides professional website design, development, booking system integration, local SEO setup, and monthly maintenance services for local small businesses. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for website packages ranges from $250–$350 for Starter Websites and $400–$700 for Business Websites. Monthly maintenance is $100/month. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required to begin the project.
Project Timeline
Most websites are delivered within 2 weeks from the date all required content and approvals are received. Delays caused by late feedback or missing content may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.
Revisions & Approval
The Starter Website package includes 1 round of revisions. The Business Website package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees. Final approval from the client is required before launch.
Ownership & Content
Upon full payment, you own your website and all custom design work created for you. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, and any content you want included. We are not liable for inaccuracies in client-provided content.
Monthly Maintenance
The Monthly Maintenance plan includes content updates, security monitoring, performance checks, backups, and priority support. Maintenance can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. Maintenance does not include major redesigns or new feature development.
Limitation of Liability
NY Business Websites is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., number of customers, bookings, or revenue) from using our websites.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
